Please note that additional documentation or verification may be required before any changes can be made.To register for a BankPro account, simply download our app (for iOS or Android) and click on 'Open an account'. You can access them directly via the 'Download App' button in the top right hand corner of the website. To gain access to all features, you will need to complete some personal information, your residential address, your economic profile and upload verification documents. You will receive a notification and email confirmation as soon as your account is activated.
You can register via our app simply by answering some questions relating to your residence and other personal and financial information. For proof of identity verification, we will require either your international passport or 2 official government-issued documents, such as your national identity card, driving licence, or residence permit.
If you have forgotten your password, please click on the 'forgot your password?' link on the app sign-in screen. You can then enter your registered email address and you will receive the option to update the password by receiving a verification SMS or phone call.
Should you wish to close your BankPro account for any reason, please click on 'More' in the app, and then select 'Profile' > 'Close account'. Please ensure you do not have any remaining balances before proceeding to close the account. If you have any feedback regarding why you wish to close the account, or if there is something we can help with, our support team are always there to assist.
Proof of identification (POI)
A real-time photograph of your passport, or two other government-issued identification documentation (ie a valid national identity card, driving licence, or residence permit).
Address Verification (POR)
A picture or pdf copy of a utility bill or bank statement, displaying your full name and residential address, issued within the last 3 months.
Card copies
A picture or pdf copy of the front and back of your card. Note that the 2nd-12th numbers of the 16-digit card number on the front of the card and the CVV number on the back should be hidden.
Bank Statements (Source of Funds)
A picture or pdf copy of your bank account’s last three months activity showing income sources (e.g. your salary).
Internal forms
The completed and signed form that was provided to you by BankPro during the account verification process.
Other
A picture or pdf copy of any other document required to verify your account, that may not be specified above.
At present, BankPro facilitates international transfers exclusively via SWIFT, ensuring secure and reliable global transactions. While we aim to offer the fastest and most efficient payment methods, all transfers are processed based on the selected destination country and currency. We are continuously working to expand our payment options to provide even greater flexibility in the future.
We currently support SWIFT payments for international transfers.
You can make online transfers globally in just a few taps via the 'FX & Transfer' tab. Select 'Send' > 'To Beneficiary'. At the top of the screen, you will need to specify whether the Beneficiary of the transaction is an Individual or Business. If you have not sent funds to this Beneficiary previously, you will need to 'Add new beneficiary'. You also have an option to enter a reference note. Once you have confirmed the transfer, you will be able to download the swift copy receipt. Please ensure you have enough funds available in your sending account to make the transfer.
For a payment to be processed from our providers' side, it usually takes between 10 minutes to 2 hours from when the payment is submitted within the cut-off times for the specific currency you are sending. After the initial processing and the submission of the payment to the payment method used, it is expected to complete and reach the destination as per the below:
-SWIFT payments generally take 1-4 working days. The time taken may vary based on multiple factors, such as the location of the recipient account.If based on your destination combination, the payment will be paid out using a local payment method such as SWIFT or SEPA, the information the destination institution and also the recipient will receive will be the name of our payment provider “BankPro Limited“. For SWIFT transactions, the destination institution will receive all the payer information as transmitted by us to the payment provider. It is up to the destination institution to decide what information, if any, it will disclose to the recipient.
SWIFT Payments to supported countries and currencies are provided with a flat fee of 35 EUR per transaction. Bear in mind that if you are transferring to a beneficiary in a different currency to your BankPro account, an FX conversion will be applied. There is a flat fee of 5 EUR for receiving inbound SWIFT transfers.
You can transfer funds instantly between your accounts by tapping the 'FX & Transfers' tab from the main app screen and selecting 'Send' > 'To Own Account' (or 'Receive' > 'From Own Account'). Select the accounts you wish to transfer from and to and the amount to be transferred (this can be based on the amount to be sent from the sending account or the amount to be received in the recipient account).
The live interbank FX rate and converted amount you will receive will be displayed prior to confirming the exchangeYour current account details can be found in the BankPro app. From the Main screen, tap on the account currency you require the details for, select 'Account Details', and all necessary information will be displayed for that account. You can copy the information to your clipboard to share easily with others. Please note that it is mandatory for the sender to include the Reference as stated in your app to avoid any issues with receiving the funds to your BankPro account. Ensure that the sender uses the information exactly as displayed, and selects Business account type.
For FX Currency Conversions, we use live interbank exchange rates with no hidden fees.
If your friends or family also have a BankPro account, you can transfer directly to them via the app using Contact Transfers. Alternatively, you can transfer to anyone in the world, you just need to enter the beneficiary's payment details
Tap on the arrow next to an account in the 'Current Accounts' list in the App, and you will see the transactions made on that account listed. As default, the recent transactions are shown, however, you are able to filter by date to view a certain time frame.

BankPro provides live interbank exchange rates with a small margin already factored into the converted amount. This means no separate fees or commissions—what you see is what you get. The exchange rate displayed reflects the final amount you’ll receive, ensuring complete transparency with no hidden charges.
To fund an account, please tap on the account of your choice in the app, and you will see the option 'Fund Account'. Please select your preferred top up method from the list available and proceed to enter your payment details. You can top up via Card, Bank Transfer, or Contact Transfer from another BankPro user.
Trading and investment in Equities & ETFs are provided by BankPro Limited. Investing is fully integrated within the BankPro app for convenience and ease of access to your portfolio. Simply tap the 'Invest' tab within the app and you will be prompted to create a trading portfolio. You will then be able to fund the invest account using your BankPro account(s) and take full advantage of BankPro's complete offering.

BankPro app: Tap on the Invest tab at the bottom of the page to be redirected to the Invest section. Once there, click on Portfolio at the bottom of the page, and select the Performance tab.
Invest Web Trader: Once you have logged in using your BankPro Account login credentials, click on Portfolios at the top of the page.To withdraw funds from your investment portfolio, please tap on the 'Invest' tab and select 'Portfolio' at the bottom of the page. From the Portfolio page, click on the card icon in the top right corner of the page, and select 'Withdrawal'. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and select which of your accounts you wish to withdraw the funds to. If your portfolio is in a different currency to your current account, an FX conversion will be applied that you can review before confirming the transfer. Bear in mind that if you have open trades in the Invest account, you can only withdraw up to your 'available cash' amount.
If you hold a position at 00:00 GMT of the ex-date of the respective underlying asset, a dividend is paid net of any withholding tax implications. Companies however are not obliged to pay dividends and the payment of such is not guaranteed.
Once you have a BankPro Invest account, you can go to the 'Invest' tab in the app, and you will be presented with the list of available Stocks. When you tap on one there is a star icon you can tap to add that stock to your custom watch list. Stocks can be removed from the watchlist by tapping the star again. The same process applies when using the Invest web trader.
You can create up to 5 Invest portfolios in the Invest tab of your BankPro app
You can open Invest portfolios in USD or EURO base currency.
